Q: How can I get a copy of your catalog?

Q: Is the $5 Catalog Purchase Price Refundable?
A: No. We encourage you to print out pages of interest while browsing our website in oppose to ordering our catalog. The costs involved in the manufacture of the catalog as well as 1st class mailing expenses prohibit us from refunding the purchase price.
Q: Can I use my credit card to pay for your catalog?
A: No.
Q: Can I order your catalog by Phone?
A: No.
Q: Can I order your catalog by Email?
A. No. (Unless it is a part of an additional order which brings your order total to meet our $75.00 minimum order requirement.)
Q: I am would like to request your catalog and I am outside the USA, how do I request it?
A: Send an International Money Order and Include $10 (US FUNDS)
Q: Is your catalog in color?
A: No. Our catalog is approx. 40-50 pages in Black & White and changes frequently.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my catalog?
A: We reprint our catalog approximately every 24 weeks, you should expect your catalog within 30 days. If its been over 30 days and you haven't received it, please email us at ambushbeads@aol.com and give us the name and address information for where the catalog was to be mailed. (On occasion, there could be a delay due to the printing process - email to find out about these delays by inquiring to: ambush05@aol.com)

Q: Where is your retail section? (For those individuals that do not have a resale/tax id.)
A: As of the year 2003 we are now separating our wholesale operations from retail and now have a sister company located at: (Under Construction). Q: Where can I find the terms of sale for a wholesale order?

Q: Can I order less than the $75.00 minimum order?
A: Yes, but your order will be considered retail and would carry the retail surcharge of 50% of your order total. (Example: Your order total before shipping is $20.00, $20.00 x .50 = $10.00, $10.00 + $20.00 = $30.00 with the retail surcharge added.)
Q: I'm looking for a product and I don't see it listed at your site.
A: Email us at productinquiry@beads2u.com . Chances are we either have it or can get it for you by special order. Special orders take up to 30 days for delivery and are non-returnable. A minimum purchase or product requirement may be required depending on manufacturer. Email for more info.
Q: I see a listing (text) but not a photo for a product of interest. How can I tell if its the right color/size that I'm looking for?
A: Email us at productinquiry@beads2u.com. We may be able to send you a photo of that item by an email attachment.
Q: How do I return a product?
A: Please see Wholesale Ordering Terms. Generally, you need to insure the package being returned for its full value - include a copy of your original invoice - return the package unaltered and in its original state within 7 days of your receipt and send it to:

Please allow up to 60 business days for credit to be applied to your credit card. Cash, Check, MO refunded immediately upon receipt of returned goods.
Q: How long after I order can I expect the package to be delivered?
A: Most orders will leave here within 48 hours of receiving them. Actual delivery can take 2 to 3 days after we ship. Orders to the West Coast will take the longest as we are directly on the East Coast. For more information about delivery times please see: USPS Domestic Rate Calculator . Here you can also estimate the cost of shipping for your order less our handling fee. Our shipping rates shown at the Ordering Terms Page includes our Handling Fee, use the above link only to estimate very heavy or bulky orders and expect a handling fee to be added to the amount shown. We are required by ALL credit card companies to send package insured for its full value and signature required.
Q: Can I have my package sent "Parcel Post"?
A: The post office has recently changed the rates for Parcel Post. In many cases, the further away from Massachusetts you are, the less saving you will see by downgrading your shipping to Parcel Post. We put a lot of thought in which method we choose for you, if we see only a $0.05 savings for Parcel Post vs. Priority Mail, your order will be shipped by Priority.
Q: Ok...its been over 10 days, where is my order?
A: Priority mail does not include Tracking. You may request Delivery Confirmation - Which can track your order for an addition fee. If your order is not received within 30 days, we need to file an insurance claim against the contents of the package. Insurance claims cannot be made until the package has been missing for 30 days. Insurance claims can take up to 1 year to be refunded. We cannot refund you until the insurance claim is settled (i.e. we are reimbursed from the post office). NOTE: The US Post Office has only lost 3 of our packages in the last 9 years. If you need lost items to be re-shipped before the claim is settled, we will need to recharge you for the products.
Questions about our Credit Card Acceptance Form:
Q: Do I have to fill out the Credit Card Acceptance Form in order to use my credit card to pay for a purchase?
A: Yes, this protects us the seller and you the buyer. This form needs your signature so you will have to mail or fax it back to us.
Q: I have already filled out this form and you are in receipt of it. Do I need to fill out the form with each order I send?
A: NO. You only need to fill out this form if you are using a different credit card than the one we have on file for you. If your expiration date is expired, we will contact you via phone or via email.
Q: I filled out the form and sent it in, but I have forgotten my password.
A: Email us at ambushbeads@aol.com and we'll send you your password.
Q: I filled out the form and sent it in, but now I wish to use a different credit card.
A: You need to fill out another Credit Card Acceptance form for the new card.
Q: The card I have on file with you now has a new expiration date.
A: We will either call you or email you after receiving your order, you don't need to do anything.
Note: We will never share any information obtained by our customers with anyone. We will not share/sell our mail list. All of your information, including your buying habits remain strictly confidential.

Q: Is the Online Order Form Really Secure?
A: Yes, Our Online Order Form is completely secure.
Q: How can I tell if I'm on the Secure Server.
A: Its easy, in your browser address window you should see:
HTTPS:// (This designates a secure ordering site.)
You should know that the header https:// designates a secure area vs. the http:// in an unsecured area.
We are using our web host certificate - so expect to see a different name on the certificate vs. our own and is completely secure!
Q: I haven't received an email confirmation for my order, how come?
A: Either we are extremely backed up OR you forgot to add your return email address on our order form. WE HAVE NO WAY OF TELLING WHERE THE ORDER IS COMING FROM UNLESS YOU TELL US YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE SPACE PROVIDED!! Please email us at ambushbeads@aol.com and request a confirmation, include your name, address and phone number.
Q: The order form seems small, I have to order many items, will the Online Secure Order Form be able to accept all of my information.
A: Our order form definitely needs a face lift but, be assured, as you type the items will scroll down to provide additional typing space.
Q: I hit the Enter Key by accident and had to fill out the order form again. Will I receive 2 orders now instead of the 1 order I really want?
A: We're clever enough here to figure out duplicate orders....don't worry, we will always contact you either by email or by phone to clarify any misunderstood items or orders. But PLEASE do not call in an order and duplicate via email...if calling and already placed your order via email - clarify this with the voice operator!
Q: I still don't feel secure about sending my credit card information over the internet, what are my options?
A: See our Wholesale Terms . Generally you need to completely fill out the Order Form including everything except for your credit card number and Email it to us by pressing SUBMIT. Then call us at: 508-755-2674 and leave your name, address, home phone number and credit card number on our voice mail system (if operator is unavailable). There is NO NEED to repeat the order over the phone.
Questions about Orders from Countries Outside the US or its Territories
Q: Will you ship to my country? (Any)
A: We will attempt to ship anywhere in the world! If for some legal export reason we cannot, we will contact you via email to let you know that your order could not be processed. To date, we haven't had any problems shipping anywhere globally.
Q: I don't have a resale license or a Federal Tax ID how can I order at wholesale prices?
A: Every order going outside the US or its Territories will be considered Wholesale (You must provide us with a minimum $100.00 US Funds order.)
Q: How do I figure the shipping charges for my order?
A:. You can estimate your shipping charges to be 50% of your order total for all packages weighing less than 4 LBS. We will bill/credit or not charge for amounts over or under actual (plus our standard handling fee). Orders weighing over 4 LBS will be more, you can email for a quote based on an actual order. We will not pack the order without prior payment information - we cannot give you an estimate unless order is already packed. Delivery times will vary- but can take up to 30 days.
Q: What are the payment methods available for Out of US?
A: We accept only credit cards for International Orders, the bank will automatically adjust for the exchange rate.
Q: What are the rates for CUSTOMS?
A: We have no idea. Each country is different in the way they handle international imports. Check with your local customs entry department. You the purchaser are responsible for any and all fees required by your countries customs entry department.
