Shipping & Handling Information

We ship via US Mail Only

and these are the rates for packages

weighing less than 4 LBS

Up to $45.00 add $6.80 (add $2.00 for each additional pound over 4 LBS)

$45.01 - $75.00 add $8.80 (add $2.00 for each additional pound over 4 LBS)

$75.01 - $100.00 add $11.80 (add $2.00 for each additional pound over 4 LBS)

$100.01 and up add 15% of order total (adding $2.00 for each additional pound over 4 LBS)

For all 50 US States

This includes the cost of insurance up to $100.00 additional insurance may be required to ship your order.

(Your Order MUST WEIGH 4LBS or Less after Being Packed to be eligible for these rates!!!!)

Out of country (USA) - Estimate 40% of order total for shipping

Additional weight-please estimate $2 per additional pound

Shipping/Handling/Insurance payments that exceed actual

are credited/refunded or not charged.

Backorder Information

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Your Order will not go out today....we are under staffed......PLAN AHEAD.

Backorders usually take 14 working days...you will receive FREE shipping on the

backordered items that you are charged for in advance.

Cancellations within the 14 working day period will subject that back order to a 15% restock fee.

For Special Orders: please allow up to 30 working days.

Return Information

We want you happy PERIOD.

If something is wrong with your order, we will fix it promptly.

You may return any item for any reason within 7 days

of your invoice date.

 All items must be returned in the same quality

and quantity as received.

NO returns will be accepted after 7 days of invoice date!

A phone call to us will not extend this period.

Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee or

minimum $2 (whichever is greater).

We do not accept returns of:

Special Order Items,

Custom Length of Chain, or Items Used or Worn.

Special Order Items = Any item not listed at this website or

listed in our catalog- Inquire if unsure.

Exchanges must be a part of a $50 minimum order.

We allow NO high grading of ANY Beads.

(Our definition of high grading: Ordering an assortment-

Picking out the most expensive styles, color preferences, etc.,

and returning the remaining balance for a refund/exchange.)

Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee or

minimum $2 (whichever is greater).

Returns that reduce the minimum order below the

$50 requirement will be not be accepted-unless

the product(s) is defective.

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS RETURNED

TO US THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.

WE WILL NOT PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO

RETURN THOSE ITEMS TO YOU AND THEY

WILL BE DISCARDED 2 WEEKS AFTER RECEIPT HERE.

Please be fair, we offer the lowest prices in the industry and

can only continue to do so if you cooperate.

If you are dissatisfied with an assortment of glass

by the kilo, please return the 2.2 pounds that you were sent,

not just 2 pounds.

Return practices like these has caused us to implement these

strict new return policies, and they only affect other

beaders in the form of higher prices.

The "FINE PRINT"

Shortages must be claimed within 48 hours-

You may be required to file a claim with the

US Postal service for shortage claims.

If you receive a shipment in damaged or broken

condition, do not refuse it! File a claim with

the Express Company, or Freight line that delivered the

shipment. They are responsible for damage

or loss during shipping.

They will pick up the package, inspect it, and

return it to us.

Both outgoing and return shipping charges

will be billed to you for any refused

shipment along with a 20% restocking fee.

Your package is insured for the amounts
